Workshop in Moldova - presentation of the Network's work

The active member of the "Policewomen's Network" Association, Verica Golijanin (FUP), attended a workshop, which took place in Kisnjevo, Moldova, from 19 to 20 November 2018.

The workshop was organized by UNDP SEESAC Belgrade and the Policewomen's Network in Moldova with the aim of promoting the established networks of women in police structures, exchanging experiences and improving their work. Verica Golijanin, representative of the "Policewomen's Network" Association and Sanja Sumonja, representative of the "Women's Network of the MOI of RS", presented the activities of the networks in Bosnia and Herzegovina as experts.

The workshop was attended by representatives of the Regional Directorates of the Police of Moldova and the Ministry of Defense.

This type of cooperation has been assessed as useful in many ways, especially in terms of exchanging experiences between security sector representatives in the area of functioning of established networks and the possibilities of additional networking.
