The President of the Association took part in the Conference of Female Leaders in the Security Sector

The president of the  "Policewomen's Network" Association, Kristina Jozić, attended the conference "Empowering Women Leaders in International AML/CFT",  which was held at the UN headquarters in Vienna, Austria (13-15.12.2022.).

The conference was attended by participants from 47 countries from all over the world,  experts from law enforcement agencies, financial intelligence units and other relevant agencies from Member States as well as independent and international gender experts, including from United Nations agencies, the Financial Action Task Force, the Egmont Group, the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) and the World Bank.

At this important Conference, the President of the Association spoke about challenges in the field of gender equality in law enforcement agencies and ways to overcome them.

The conference served as an exceptional opportunity to network women from the security sector from around the world and exchange experiences.
