Successfully completed workshop "Strengthening professional competencies of policewomen" - II term

The workshop on the topic "Strengthening the professional competencies of policewomen - emotional intelligence, leadership styles and leadership" was held in Konjic, term II, (24-25 October, 2023) in which policewomen from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina took part.

This workshop covered topics related to self-confidence and changing beliefs, communication as the key to success, emotional intelligence, and leadership. On the second day,  feminism and the challenges of women in the security sector, were discussed and the importance of networking and helping each other through mentoring.

At the end of the workshop, participants were presented with certificates of participation, and another workshop on this topic will be held in the following period.
