Sending a message about ZERO TOLERANCE towards sexual and gender-based harassment in the police

As a final activity within the project "Combating Gender-Based Violence in Police Structures in BiH", which is implemented with the support of the US Embassy, "Guidelines for dealing with cases of sexual harassment and gender-based harassment in the police" have been developed and posters that send a message on zero tolerance for sexual and gender-based harassment in police structures in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which are distributed to police agencies and placed in visible places.

The aim is to raise awareness of zero tolerance for sexual and gender-based harassment in the police and to encourage employees to report such cases.

Distribution of these posters and placing them in visible places in police bodies is one of the measures that will contribute to the suppression of gender-based violence in the police, which is an obligation of police bodies in accordance with the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination in BiH.
