President of the Association attended the Conference "Women into Leadership"

The President of the "Policewomen's Network" Association , Kristina Jozić, representing the parent police agency, as part of the Western Balkan countries delegation, attended the conference "Women into Leadership", which was held on March 17, 2022. in Birmingham, United Kingdom, organized by the HM Reveneu and Customs, UK.

The conference was a great opportunity to share the experiences of women in management positions in various sectors and highlight the challenges that women face in their career advancement, as well as ways to overcome them.

Also, topics related to modern leadership, improvement of communication skills and the importance of networking were covered, all with the aim of strengthening the competencies of women, which will help them in further professional development and career advancement. Also, the conference served as an exceptional opportunity to meet and network women from the security sector from the Western Balkans and create a network of contacts.
