Policewomen marked April 8th "International Roma Day" in Brcko

Members of the "Policewomen's Network" Association from the Police of the Brcko District of BiH, together with representatives of the NGO "Vermont", marked April 8 "International Roma Day" in Brcko.

On that occasion, gifts were distributed to children in front of the Daily Center for Education of Roma Children in Brčko. Police officers were joined by Mejra Šečić, a representative of the Roma people in the Assembly of the Brčko District of BiH.

Attention was drawn to the fact that a large part of members of the Roma national minority in our country still live in very difficult conditions and it is necessary to take continuous action to improve their position.
