Members of the Association at the regional conference "Women in the police and leadership - challenges and good practices"

Representatives of the "Policewomen's Network" Association took part in the Regional Conference "Women in the Police and Leadership - Challenges and Good Practices" which was held in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia on October 13, 2023. 

The conference was organized by the partner association from the Republic of Serbia with the support of partners. In addition to the educational character, the conference was an exceptional opportunity for networking of women from the security sector from the region, and the exchange of experience of partner associations in improving gender equality in the police and protecting the rights of policewomen.

At the conference, the Declaration on cooperation to improve the position of women and women's associations in the police in the region was signed.
