Kristina Jozic for Avaz: Out of 16 police agencies in BiH, none are headed by a woman

An interview with the Chairwomen of the "Policewomen's Network" Association, Kristina Jozic, was published on the Dnevni Avaz portal today (January 22, 2020).

The president of the Association speaks about the formation of the association,  the initial idea,  goals and misison, how colleagues see the work of the association, and the need to increase the number of women in the police force in senior and managerial positions.

In the interview, Kristina Jozic, among other things, says that practice has shown that greater participation of women in managerial positions, ie decision-making positions, produces better results, greater progress, and economic development in various spheres of work. "Likewise, greater involvement of women in leadership positions in the police force would increase the efficiency of police agencies," Jozic said.
