Developing a partnership with the youngest citizens

Members of the "Policewomen's Network" Association, with the consent of the management of police agencies, visited a kindergarten in Sarajevo today (April 21, 2022).

During the visit, policewomen talked about security issues with the children and a partnership with the police was promoted. Also, equal opportunities for boys and girls in different spheres of life and work were promoted.

Children were introduced to the work of various police agencies (DKPT BiH, SIPA, GP BiH) and were presented with police equipment. They showed great interest in the work of the police and asked various questions to policewomen. They were happy to try on some of the police equipment, as well as stamp passports and take fingerprints.

This was an ideal opportunity for the youngest citizens to get acquainted with the work of the police and to raise awareness of important security issues, as well as to encourage cooperation with the police and a friendly relationship.
