Chairwomen of the Association Kristina Jozić attended the Founding Assembly of the Women's Network in the Police of the Republic of Serbia

The Chairwomen of the  "Policewomen's Network" Association Kristina Jozić attended the Founding Assembly of the Women's Network in the Police of the Republic of Serbia, which was held on December 17,2018 at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade.

The Founding Assembly was attended by top officials of the MOI of the Republic of Serbia, as well as representatives of the Swedish Embassy and the Swedish Police, who supported the event.

It is stated that the establishment of the Women's Network in the police of the Republic of Serbia represents a major step in respecting the policy of equal opportunities and is important for further improvement of the position and empowerment of women in the police, as well as giving support to their career development.

Chairwomen of the Association Kristina Jozić and Chairwomen of the Women's Network of the Republika Srpska Sanja Sumonja gave support and provided expert assistance in creating the preconditions for the establishment of the Women's Network in the Police of the Republic of Serbia.

The presence at the Founding Assembly enabled networking with the future leadership of the Women's Network in the police of the Republic of Serbia and the beginning of successful cooperation in the implementation of the missions of the Association, which are on the same task.
