Campaign: "More women - more trust"
We are implementing the campaign: "More women - more trust" with the message:
For the POLICE, which will be a MIRROR of society and a SERVICE for all citizens! More than 50% of our society are women. Did you know that only 9% of police officers are female?
The indoor and outdoor campaign is carried out as part of the project "Reducing gender-based discrimination within police structures in Bosnia and Herzegovina", which is carried out by Hajde - Association for Aid and Development in cooperation with the "Policewomen's Network" Association ", with the financial support of the Federal Republic of Germany represented by the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The goal of the campaign is to point out the under-representation of policeowmen in police bodies at all levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina and to point out the benefits that women bring to the police, and that more women in the police mean greater efficiency and ultimately a police that will be able to respond to security needs of the whole society (men and women, boys and girls). Also, the goal of the campaign is to encourage a greater number of young women and girls to apply for competitions in police structures in our country.
