A meeting was held with the Commander-in-Chief of the Judicial Police of the Federation of BiH

Yesterday (June 15, 2020), a working meeting was held in the official premises of the Judicial Police of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at which the planned activities of the "Policewomen's Network" Association for the current and next year were presented.


The meeting was attended by the Commander-in-Chief of the Judicial Police of the Federation of BiH Dženad Grošo and judicial policewomen Valentina Baković and Amira Karavdić, and on behalf of the "Policewomen's Network" Association" chairwomen Kristina Jozić, as well as the representative of the Center for Security Studies, partner organization, Benjamin Plevljak.
Current and future projects aimed at improving gender equality in police agencies in BiH were presented with a focus on increasing the number of women in senior and managerial positions, and the need to educate senior officials on gender equality and discrimination based on gender. Future directions and modalities of cooperation have been agreed.

At the end of the meeting, Commander-in-Chief Dženad Grošo thanked for the overall efforts of the "Policewomen's Network" Association in the field of strengthening the capacity of police structures, cooperation so far and expressed confidence that it will continue on mutual satisfaction.
